What does Ravenna do for non-profits?
Ravenna provides managed IT, cloud strategy, and web services built exclusively for non-profit organizations. The services page covers managed IT support, an IT roadmap and strategy, disaster recovery, cloud migration, web design and development, and social media management.
Who is Ravenna Webmaster for, and what does it include?
Ravenna Webmaster is for a non-profit that already runs WordPress and wants the site hosted, secured, and updated a few times a month. It includes hosting, daily backups, security and a firewall, SSL if the site needs it, plugin updates, up to 7 content updates per month, and analytics. The price is $700 per month, billed annual. It is not a helpdesk, not Saturday or late-night work, and not a website redesign. A redesign is a quoted project. Network, hardware, and software help is Encompass IT on a separate invoice. School Staff Directory is a separate product.

Which WordPress plugins does Ravenna offer?
School Staff Directory and Ignition are available now. School Staff Directory is a WordPress plugin for K-12 staff pages. It has CSV import with preview, search by name or group, drag-and-drop order, and profiles that stay on your WordPress install. It needs WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+. Ignition is a WordPress performance plugin for schools and non-profits, with page cache, purge, and asset tools aimed at Core Web Vitals. A plugin license is separate from managed IT.
How much do the WordPress plugins cost?
School Staff Directory Single is $79 per year for one site, Multi is $149 per year for up to 5 sites, and District is $299 per year for unlimited sites in one organization. Ignition Single is $79 per year for one site, Multi is $149 per year for up to 5 sites, and Agency is $299 per year for unlimited sites for one organization. Those licenses include a 30-day refund and next-business-day email support. Freemius is the merchant of record. The prices are the ones published on each plugin page.
Does Ravenna sell the information I submit?
No. The privacy policy says we do not sell information you submit through ravennatech.com, and we do not share it for advertising. Forms may include your name, email, phone, organization, a message, and topics you want help with. The IT Health Check may also include your answers and a score so we can email the results you asked for.
